I am involved in many different groups in London, theres so much great stuff to do. Tribal dance is a passion of mine of which I traveled to San francisco to train and became the first person in the UK to complete Fat Chance technical certification with Carolena Nericcio. I have travelled far and wide to find tribal dance, its been a spiritual quest! I have learnt from Fat Chance and ultra gypsy, then Urban Tribal, members of what was Domba, Gypsy Caravan, Storm, Atalanta, wendy Marlatt and Donna Gardner of Rashani tribe, Unmata, I try to learn where I can. My background is Eygptian dance/cabaret/oriental and have trained with many different teachers. Also Romani, tap, ballet, modern dance in my younger days, then 1930/40's blues/swing dance. Once I found tribal I just knew it was for me! Like many others, I was hooked!
