</a>
										<div>So, i've been tagged... by two gorgeous beings. The lovelies Diva-Leah-Licious and Da Lish both tagged me on the same day! - and it's taken me two weeks to get around to responding - tardy, tardy me (maybe this boy needs to be properly chastised for lacking promptness - any takers?)

Ok, so this is the game: Once you've been tagged, you have to write a blog with 8 facts/things/habits about yourself, saying who tagged you. In the end you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names and then send them a message so they become tagged. No tag backs.

So, here goes:

1) I LOVE corduroy - any kind really - on me, on others, lying on the floor... rubber is a close second, followed by well worn, functional rather than fashionable suede or leather - yep a vegan (predominantly) who appreciates leather. and i shouldn't forget well polished wood. it's a texture thing mostly (grin). oh, and did i mention stripes? they've got visual texture.

2) I fancy myself a bit of a found-object collage artist/photographer (although i'm usually too shy to share the results with others)

3) I like organizing things. it's the little details that I appreciate the most. for example, i once alphabatized the contents of the spice/herb rack in a co-op house in Vancouver, BC (actually, it was reverse alphabatized).

4) I came out to parents at the age of 7. they didn't believe me. i waited another 18 years before i told them again. they believed me that time.

5) I have a banjo that i don't play very well (probably because i don't practice now that i have neighbours)

6) I think i'm adorable, and enjoy taking myself out on dates.

7) I moved from Toronto,Ontario to Vancouver, BC on my wee motorcycle (1987 Kawasaki LTD 454) with only a tent, a sleeping bag, cooking gear, a map, a diary and the clothes i was wearing.

8) I love living rurally. right now, i'm listening to the sound of birds chirping and water flowing over rocks in the pond below my living room window. every window i look out i see trees (lots of them). there are horses very near by, and a trail that leads right past them through 50 acres of wooded land to a beautiful little beach - a beach that my puppy probably wants me to take him to, so i should wrap this up.

Hmmmm... I tag Stu, Stephen, Sol, Shreevie, Shade and Seventh (sorry folks... aparently today's blog is brought to you by the letter S - and in reverse alphabetical order no less).

(the photo attached to this blog doesn't really have much to do with the contents, but i like it, so i thought i'd share. it's a picture of the lane where my family home in Ireland is located - i spent a lot of my childhood there)

love to you all.
