I’m sooooOOooooOO excited!! And I just can’t hide it!!!

No seriously, since Friday night I’ve been like one of those 25 cent rubber balls, bouncing around like crazy, telling everyone about the AMAZINGNESS that is a PEX event.

Here is one of the many posts I’ve made today…

Oh PEX how I love you… let me count the ways….
So there is this amazing organization in Philly called PEX (The Philadelphia Experiment) and they have completely spoiled me when it comes to partying. These guys don't just throw parties though. They create experiences!!! It's the most amazing thing I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of!! The vibe in itself is enough to give you an euphoric reaction.. But everything else is.. OMG.. I don't even have words for it. The costumes, the music, the atmosphere, the decor, the performances (aerial silks, hoopers, fire dancers, and so much more), the SMILES, the people, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverything about these events are just simply PERFECT!! I've never left a PEX event early or disappointed.. I've always left wanting more and feeling like a part of me is somehow changed, fulfilled.. Enlightened even.
Needless to say, I am MORE than excited about this year’s PEX HALLOWEEN BALL, which they are combining with this year’s decom party... OOOOOOOh Mannnnnn!!!! I'm literally creaming over this!!! I never come to events early, but you can count one me to be there when the doors open. And I’m not leaving till they kick me out!!!!

Now to start working on the costume.. It can't just be any old store bought thing.. It has to be original.. Cause that's how we roll!!!
If you live within a 5 hr driving radius, I suggest you make it out to this event. It will sell out though, so if you plan on coming get your tickets quickly!

If it's too big, too small, too anything then it's Just Right for our afternoon of finding the Perfect Fit on a Friend! Swap shoes, clothes, accessories, toys, fabric, but NO soap on a rope people... ;)

Bring a bunch, take a little… Bring a little and find a bunch… Anything that doesn’t find a new home in our community will be loaded up and brought to one of the Philadelphia clothing donation charities. Come and be a part of PEX outreach in action! This event is open to any and all who want to take part. Spread the word and help to make this event PEX-tastic!

On Saturday, May 9th we welcome in a new era of psychedelia to NYC and the world. An annual high-tech sendoff of Truman Capote’s Black & White Ball, BLB is part masquerade, part love parade with any form of glowy finery acceptable for this night of art, dancing and full-on black-light.
