about me
I took my first belly dance class in 1974 and have not stopped yet. I performed professionally at virtually all the Greek and Arabic restaurants and clubs in Richmond from 1975 to 1990 and did hundreds of bellygrams and party gigs over the years. Founder of Richmond Arabesque Dance Troupe and presently a member of the Women of Selket. I taught for Henrico county, Chesterfield county and independently for many years. I designed and made costumes for myself and many of the students and dancers in Virginia.
