What's in a name...?

Shakespeare wrote in his play, Romeo and Juliet, “…What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet...”
However, when surrounded (at a performance) with enchanting names like Sa’diah, or Ziva (two of my fellow troupe members), I realize that what is in a name is the birth of the dancer. It is your movement into the fantasy of the idea, and should represent what you see in yourself as a dancer, just as much as the dance represents the music you move to. It is tall order to fill; choosing a name, and is posing a great difficulty for me, as I am a staunch over-analyzer. I’ve been told that my name, Rayne (pronounced rain) is nice, but it’s just my name. I need a transition to the dancer that I want to become. When I took French I used the name Pluie (kind of a personification of rain), and along the same lines, I found the name, Matar (which means rain in Arabic), but it is a boys name, and I don’t know enough about the language to adjust it to female. I’m hoping that someday soon I’ll be strolling along and …ZING, it will hit me.
I’ll just have to keep looking.
