Happy Birthday Joelle! ...Quoted word for word from an antiquated edition of the "Joy of Cooking" ... has to be read to be believed...

I just finished reading “Tokyo est mon jardin”. Art by Frédérique Boilet. It’s a excellent book and a technical feat. I had seen some of his work in “Japan: as viewed by 17 creators” and was really impressed. “Tokyo est mon jardin”is packed with beautiful panels. He delights in describing fine details. For instance, he captures the droopiness of a less than fresh t-shirt.
