insomniaaaaaa

Yaaay for not sleeping. Well, not really. It's annoying, to say the least. I'm sure that during class tonight I will be a barrel of laughs, but right now I actually don't feel too bad for having gotten literally no sleep. I tried and tried, but nuthin happened. I just kept wanting to twitch, which is always a bad thing when you know that you're bothering your poor husband.

Ah well. I'll see if I can get a cat nap later, and tonight should be easy to hit the hay. I haven't stayed up for over 24 hours in years. Usually I can at least get an hour or two on my bad nights, but this one took the cake. Maybe I'll stay up the whole day...let's see if I can get to 36, woot!

The good news is that usually my insomnia is tempered by creativity. I got three (i'll call them) good necklaces done last night so yay for that!

Now to stay awake all day with 3 active kiddos.....man, anyone else wish school was still in session? *sigh*

Too much crap going on. Mostly the good kind, but some very stressful not-so-great stuff, too (don't ask, sometimes life just hands you a weird hand). I'm booking a massage for tomorrow...hopefully I can get the knots out of my back before tomorrow night.

new fabric fun!

I spent 3 hours at the fabric district this morning, picking out new fabrics for the Triple Chanty's!!!! There will be no pictures until after TC, but there WILL be some finished skirts in the new fabrics :D
