I'm writing to you as i'm in need of guidance.

It's my second day of knowing i'm an empath. For the past 12yrs it was called depression.

I've always had this thing inside me that would come and go for no reason. I've been controlled by my emotions but not knowing why. Like a lot of people my childhood wasn't an easy ride, but i always see the best in things and see every experience as a lesson in life.
