I think I love Lindsay.
ok at least lust intensely... and it has nothing to do with the fact that she is hotter than anyone (even boink) knows what to do with.
She is full of passion,
and the brains to know what to do with it,
and the voice to articulate it.

Lindsay just makes me smile BIG. When I first met her, I instantly loved her. That first impression turned out to be right on the mark too. She is so sweet and pretty. But the true surprise is that she is smart, sincere, thoughtful and witty too. Lindsay is the real deal. If you don’t have a friend like her, you should seriously go out and get one. Get your own though. You can’t have MY Lindsay.

She's my girl....When I asked her to be a maiden she was just a beautiful girl with a mischievious twinkle in her eye as far as I knew. She turned out to be a true friend with a heart of gold. I am proud of her and I'll always stand behind her.

My "OG" V-love girl! I first met Lindz on tribe where she was looking for a carpool buddy (or two) from LA to Casa faire 05. Man, I'm really glad I ended up talking to her! She lived within 2 miles of me, and by the end of the first weekend of carpooling we were wicked close. During that season we played and gigged in the street. Good times were had. She let me drive Bubbles, and man we'd get her flying!
Over the next year we stayed in contact, though distant. I missed her like burning, but understood she needed personal time to deal with things. Then, before we knew it, the 06 season was right on us. She helped me know the Rogue Fools even more, and introduced me to what she did at the joust. One weekend I even double dutied as Cordelia Mostly and a Maiden of Mischief. In addition to my regular house show and street gigs, I helped her out at the joust. That was one of my most memorable weekends at faire because of how supportive and helpful she was.
I miss her, and hopefully will get to see her beautiful face soon.

I was talking to the equinox sky; neither it nor I could find the perfect words to explain the beautiful life experience that is named Lindsay. Now I have been told and show by infinite eternity and all the stars in the still incomplete multi-verse that Lindsay is truly a free given blessing that moves through our time and space, most poets cast down their magnum opuses upon mud fill path ways so that her feet stay as pure as her beauty and mind. I have even given my own shoes up for this divine presences on cold slug filled streets, even after the little pineapples of authority told me no, no, no. Now what I have seen most often in those eyes is one simple fact… I no longer am alone, nor do I have to now go through life doing it all on my own. Friends, the graces from the heavens gifted me with a guardian angel in mortal form, a muse to hold. Really people can play with fanciful words and try their hardest to paint Lindsay infinite soul into a picture, but all I can tell you all is this. When you can stand outside at 3:45 am staring at the lunar eclipse of the full moon, to look over and see her standing there sleepy eyed smiling up at the sky. To know in that single moment while holding a love warmed hand that it’s not whether or not I’m good enough or if she deserves better. No because damn be it to all, it may take the rest of my life but I will become a better soul and so much more standing by her side, just to see Lindsay smile… Plus she makes one hell of a batch of cookie dough.
Re: Special Workshop

I'm so there, as well. I think I'd need two spots reserved, though.

And please note how I used the word "sticks" instead of "lances". This conjures the correct interpretation of them... think about it. Boys with sticks.

Yes, Beast, it is a conflict of terms, and thus you've stuck the very chord as to my great appeal to Molly.

Oh hai, nu lolz pix, kthx.
about me
Lindsay's penchant for collecting chewed gum on the underside of tables and park benches began as a mere hobby during the weekends and now has grown into a way of life. Her celebrity crushes are gifted with a bust of themselves made entirely of this collected pre-chewed gum. Her dangerous liaison with cashews is a torment to her sanity. Her passionate love for them often outweighs the fact that they are her worst enemy. Lindsay finds the most inane subject matter to be humorous, often staring for hours at the I Can Haz Cheezburger cat, snickering softly, much to the unease of her co-workers. When she becomes drowsy after her buzz has worn off by mid-morning, she usually douses her sponge-cake with rum and happily hums away the remainder of her day. More often than not, however, she passes out on the floor at work for an hour. She then makes it a point to sleep at least 9 hours every night. She likes to announce loudly around 8:45 PM that it's way too late and she's way too old for this, all of which is promptly followed by her toddling off to bed in as loud and as pompous a state as possible.
In the mornings, Lindsay enjoys stepping on the little snails and earthworms that escape from the sprinklers; she pretends, however, that she detests stepping on them and makes a huge row over saving them from doom. Lindsay is the founder and inventor of the "Porpoise Dance", which traces its origins all the way back to the ocean, where porpoises have been known to frequent. "The Leech" is another physicality of Lindsay's, often performing this feat late at night while her boyfriend looks on in horrified silence.
Sometimes, when Lindsay is driving for an extended period of time, she nods off. Her insurance company has thus labeled her a "liability"... whatever *that* means. When Lindsay is excited, she makes bizarre, high-pitched noises to small furry animals, often convincing others nearby that she is a by-product of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. She has the insatiable urge to constantly remind her autistic cat that the thing had babies over a year ago, and they were beautiful except the dead one, and she can't have anymore because Mother gave her an operation.
She has a nasty habit of combining gullibility and picking up hitch-hikers into one ball of worry. She once picked up a rather rough looking man on her sojourn to Los Angeles. The man told her he was the Great Eagle Spirit come to earth, but he needed to get to Los Banos to settle some debt from a man named "Pancho." As it turns out, the Great Eagle Spirit was really a fugitive trucker from Tucson...
Lindsay's other interests are: repeatedly signing in and out of large networking sites like MySpace, checking to see if anyone "left her some love", lying, making rude gestures to infants, swearing at old people and sitting on firehydrants.
I wrote this almost a year ago... and with all the fires, it seemed fitting to repost it.
Awoke this morn to only see a haze—
Peculiar smoky sky in amber rot.
A bloody sun with rancid ochre rays
What comfort, oft recalled by mem'ry brought!
Pre-autumn light, with source unfound in fall,
Aroused nostalgic days with father, spent
In anxiousness; alive, in this odd pall:
This putrid, burnt, miasmatic event.
For many others, ash and smoke disturb.
Uncanny ginger skin, a yellow hu...

I know that you guys are all very educated people. But if I could get a few of you to humor me on this one, I'd really appreciate it. The more honest you are about the answers, the better it'll be-- don't worry what I or others will think. I need to know:
1) What will make you pick up a gun and shoot someone?
(Yes, most of you are against guns like myself, but there's got to be a hypothetical out there that gets your blood up. Serious answers, please; they don't have to be specific.)
2...

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience…I will dispense this advice now.
Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded. But trust me, in 20 years you’ll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you ca...
