Justice is an ass kickin' Jedi - and a super bad influence on anyone who ever wanted to call in sick or - just say no. Friend to all - unless he happens to be holding a stick - then he's one bad-ass bitch. Four letters - P. I. M. P. (that spells pimp...)

Conciouss Flow

The last few nights I have been blessed to witness the formation of the newest earth on this planet.
Two nights ago we hiked for an hour over razor sharp pahoihoi to see the lava flow from up close. We sat around the glowing orange cracks in the rock and sung songs to Pele. It was very peaceful considering how close we were to destruction and rebirth. We all lay down and fell asleep next to the warmth of Pele's bosom.

Ariel and I went kayaking in Kailua bay today as a part of my celebratory Birthday week (everyone needs at least a week, if not more). It was absolutely amazing. The ocean is a gorgeous emerald blue and sooooo clear. We saw a big sea turtle that hung out with us for a bit. We also got our tickets to fly to the ... read more

This morning I witnessed a disgusting display of police presence and a general waste of money. Over ten thousand protesters came out to show their support for an anti war, anti nuclear, anti Bush world. We were met by an antagonising police presence there to intimadate the masses. There were just as many cops as protesters. they stood shoulder to shoulder lining the streets of the march, not for our safety, but to stop us from getting anywhere near the APEC meetings. As we marched into Hyde p... read more

As I stand behind shimmering glass, watching person after person smoke themselves into a dimwitted coma, I can't help but scoff at myself and others who so flagrintly abuse this sacred medicine. I encourage everyone to understand why it is they smoke, vaporise and eat their cannabis.

It's been a little over two years now since I started working at the New Amsterdam cafe and the eight hour shifts in a hotbox five to six times a week have taken their tole on my lungs and sinusus. My... read more
