Looks like my beginner class is going to be more of a advanced beginner/beginning intermediate class. Time to get a little more challenging.

Got my cast off yesterday!!!!!! Now I'm in a (removable) boot. Ahhhhhh, heaven. First thing I did was come home and take a shower and scrub that leg and foot and shave that leg. I almost feel human. I can take the boot off at night and I've actually WALKED on that foot without the boot. It works!!!! (But feels weird as can be expected)

So here's the third thing. I crashed my 250 MotorScooter (gorgeous little yellow Vespa) on Wednesday afternoon. Thank the gods I was wearing my helmet because I bounced my head off the pavement and I don't even have a headache. SO WEAR YOUR HELMETS EVERYONE. I'm living proof they work.

Serena was a longhair black stray that we had picked up, took to Animal Control thinking that someone would come looking for her. When they didn't, we adopted her thru the usual process, they spayed her and microchipped her. She lived with us for about three years, I figure she was about 5 when she died.
