about me
I started out doing a webstrip called Hardcore, did a few independent books such as Committed Comics' Threads which early last year became in TPB format with an excuslive bonus story by me.

I had a brief, (and I'm talking like Quicksilver taking a leak brief) tenure at Marvel Comics, where I wrote an inventory story for then X-MEN Editor Mark Powers featuring everyone's favorite mutant Gambit.

I co-created, and contributed to 9-11 Emergency Relief published by Alternative Comics and was the only tribute book that was allowed to use the Red Cross logo. My story, Reality is better than fiction, even though it ran 3 pages short due to a printing error, was seen (at least in the New York showing) at the traveling Heroes Among us exhibit by the Comic Book Museum, and was spotlighted in several Japanese publications.

I co-founded Mad Science Studio with fellow members Annika Leaura-Wood, James Ritchey, III, Chad Porter, Dave Newton, and Ron Fortier.

Did development work, and maintain an ongoing relationship with comics to film company Platinum Studios (we love ya Lee) who were responsible for producing the television series, Jeremiah, and the Men In Black film franchise. Even served as PR man for a brief stint.

Done many public speaking engagements at schools, functions, libraries, etc. and continue to do so when the opertunity arises.

Worked on a novel, which was soul draining and never paid out and screwed me up a lot.

And I have had offers to do things in the Hollywood realm but don't feel quite ready to make that leap just yet. But I'm still leaving the possiblity open for future endeavors.

And have a story coming out from Shooting Star Comics Anthology. The first will be in issue 6, which ships in Feb. Drawn by studiomate Nat Jones, of Spawn: the Dark Ages fame and the upcoming Rob Zombie comic book, The Nail. Nat is currently working on the main Spawn title as of issue #139 so rush out and check those issues.

I have quite a few projects that are up in the air in the development stages, a manga project by www.frightmooreuniversity.com 's Gigi,

horror/comedy Tales From the Tomb, drawn by Danny Baker, inked by Dave Newton, lettered by Jim "Kep!" Keplinger and colored by former NYX (Marvel) Colorist Jean-Francois Beauleiu,

as well as the it'll get done when it gets done mini series Neitchzse Falling by James Ritchey, III -- I also do a column for www.mightyminicon.com, called Radio Free Comicks and

I am helping the iHero cats get the word out about their mag as well as throwing my meager talents there way in hopes of being included in their great magazine.
