one year ago I was hired on as executive chef at the premier hotel in Tulsa ,im doing well accomplished alot ,starting to see all my hard work paying off ,but now this recesion has hit it seems like everything that ive worked on is unraveling ,my staff that i am very happy with is worried that they wont have a job tomarow ,moral is down ,sales are down...just when you think you see the light at the end of the tunnel...there is more work to done.such is life.

I really think that there are no "evil" people in the world,gacy,bundy,hitler,saddam,we as a society create these monsters and the faster we realize this the faster we can cure the woes of our little world.
