I am Jolie Voltaire, leader of the Doom Maidens! I am a professional performer, wrestler, and trainer living in New York City.
I am a very physical and straight-forward individual. I am inclined toward activities that are active and involve physical exertion: grappling, wrestling, weight lifting, armoured sword fighting, going feral, large-scale puppet operas, and other demanding pursuits. Despite my inclination for violence and intensity, I maintain a sense of grace and diplomacy. And I also welcome the peaceful! I am generally very down to earth and easy going.

For folks who want to come and search for us: we tend to play weekends or late nights. Usual spots: the L platforms at 6th Ave or Union Square. Or the downtown N/R/Q/W platform at Times Square. We play rock and rockabilly, Zorikh on lead vocals, guitar, and harmonica, and me on tamborine and backup vocals.
