Born in 1971 to a strict religious family, I spent many years living the life I'd been "taught" was correct for me. Today I am happy to say, I live by a different philosophy. Finally comfortable, most days, in my own skin, I am OK with not fitting the mold. I beleive that life is an adventure, not a dress rehearsal! We are living right now! If we are so focused on what we are to become, or what we "need to be" to fit in, Aren't we missing the moment? At 35, and a father of 2 teens, I see more clearly each day that life is what we make of it! No more am I caught up in striving to "keep up with the Jones' " but more about keeping up with the dreams in my head. With the chance to Live like today's the last day, to Love like I have never been loved, & to Give like I have unlimited resources. But most importantly keeping the perspective that I am at the top of the list. For if I can live for myself, Love myself, and give to myself then I will in turn show others how to do the same!!! Following my passions as an Interior Designer, Artist,& photographer have not always come naturally. I have to remind myself to do what makes me happy! In doing that, I am more fulfilled than I have ever been in my life, sharing life with my soulmate! Thanks to you Mr Amazing, for holding up the mirror!!!
