I'm moving to New York City. What am I getting myself into? An adventure I hope! I aim to be there by mid-June.

I'm going for myself. Not for a job, person, or something outside me. So I'm ready for an adventure. I guess I just want to dive head first into the city, culture, and people. Might get some part time job just so I don't go crazy; also helps to meet people. But working to immediately pay the bills isn't necessary. I've gotten into some creative work in Seattle. I've lived 12 good years there. But I've always wanted to live in NYC. I don't want to be 50 years old and think coulda/shoulda. So…time for me to move.

Hey. I need a set designer to help construct one major set piece and perhaps some very small minor ones for a show. The major piece will be a tree. Probably interpretative in nature.

I case you don't know, I’m a local nightlife event producer who is out to improve urban relationships through the arts. My next show is March 10th at Neumos. You can read of my production company and past shows at www.sociallivingproductions.com. Happy to speak with anyone on this and discuss ways to join the team. Compensation based on experience and bid proposal. --Dale Phurrough Owner/Producer, Social Living Productions

Creativity, variety, and connections drive me. My company Social Living Productions produces multi-genre shows with bands, DJs, modern dancers, etc. I love snowboarding and have taken up wakeboarding. I was raised an army brat mostly in the southeast. I'm a landlord and really enjoy keeping up homes that people can live in. I used to do computers but have left that behind to move on to more rewarding things for me and the communities around me. I'm the possibility for creativity in the world. And I'm going for it!
