It's been months since I've sent an update, and here it finally is. The rumours of my falling off the edge of the earth are false. Columbus was correct, the world is round. I´m once again in a strange country, Mexico! Though, come to think of it, they all seem strange (is that a reflection upon me?). I´m on my way to a Pacific beach near San Pedro after a week in Oaxaca city studying Spanish. I´ll likely then head to Antigua, Guatemala, after that for more Spanish school. I´ll stay in Mexico/Guatemala until February or so when I´ll head to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to dance Tango! As you can see, I´m continuing my travels. ... read more

Well, in Turkey now on my way to the Turkish rainbow, just had a whirl wind tour of Israel and Egypt (the Sinai peninsula). Israel was filled with going from place to place, with a group of frıends from home, all over Israel drumming for a Dances of Universal Peace tour. We made it to: some Bedouin villages; west bank Palestinian towns(!); Jerusalem; Tel Avıv; a festival near Haıfa; a kibbutz; the dead sea; the Sea of Gallali; and a home to a couple who teaches Kabal... read more

I'm in Cyprus, whoops! Left India in a hurry, thought that I would be able to change my flight at the last moment (like I did in Thailand... twice) but couldn't and so had to rush off to Europe without having made good plans. Wandered around the Frankfurt airport for half a day until I found a reasonable flight to somewhere near Israel and took it. Cyprus is expensive, in India I was paying 175 rupees ($4) a night for a room, here it's 15 Cyprus pounds ($35) a night. A g... read more

Oh my! It's been over a month since I've sent an update. Lot's can happen in a month, where do I start... Over the summer I was a festivarian, as I went to every festival that I could find. I continued this pattern by arriving in Chiang Mai just in time to experience the Loi Krathong festival.
