Dan's hilarious (OK - sometimes just plain WEIRD) sense of humor keeps me laughing. His smile is contagious! His enthusiasm for life, optimistic attitude, and courage to try new things continually amaze me - as well as help me reach for new goals and enjoy each day more. His incredible support strengthens me when I feel so weak. I thank my Heavenly Father everyday for bringing Dan into my life!

Dan and I go back, waaaaaaaaaaay back to 6th grade. Yah, you heard me - I knew him way back when he was a skinny, pale, sickly kid who got picked on by all the jocks (after they were done picking on me). Now he's just a skinny, pale guy ...in a black leather hood? Hey, that came right outta left field. How appropriate that he should spot and recognize me at Folsom Street Fair 2002 after not seeing each other for more than 10 years! Glad to have you on the Best Coast (and, no, the south shore of Lake Erie does NOT constitute the "north coast" no matter what those stupid djs claim).

Yesterday, I found a treasure from the East Coast. There is a Jewish bakery in Manhattan called Gruenbaum's. They mass produce some baked goods for Passover and ship them to grocery stores. I found some in an Albertson's when shopping yesterday...
