Where do I start? Do I admit how long I have known this man???? Or do I spill.. but then again, he could do the same ;-) so I will say simply that I am pleased to be able to say I was there for the first, lost a few years there in the middle, and found again. Our community rocks, and there are those of us who just cant stay away.... A good man to know, and those are hard to find. A those late night low flying trips to northern faire all those years ago.....

I have known Dan for a long while now. Pretty much from the start of the 21st cenury! Dan is a creative mind with hope and passion. he approaches every theatrical endeavor with spirit and commitment. I have worked with Dan on a few of his creative projects and have been privy to some of his best work. He is a musical genuis and has the heart of a child and the soul of the wise. He relates and communicates via the child within and creates a realm of reality through a vision of fantasy. I worked with Dan in writing "Charles the wrestler". He did the writing, but considered some of my ideas and transformed them into a vision far more complex than I could have ever imagined. *remeber the gift horse?* He supports those he loves and is faithful and loyal to a fault. (this is probably the best fault to have) Dan has made his self known through his music and art. He has been lucky enough to find a place to let his art shine. Gone are the days of singing duets to Anne Bonney and learning new music together. Our life paths forked and we wind back to run parallel for short detours, but I know we will always have the memories and the friendship. I admire his fortitude. Through all his unruly life obstacles, he always finds his footing. There should be more praises of Daniel here and I am ashamed to have taken so long to post one now. Always stay true to yourself, Dan. You are a strong person who has made an enormous imprint on many lives. I am glad you are well. Please stay well and smile knowing that you are so very much loved by this world and those around you.

Dan has always been in my thoughts and in my heart. Since I was 7 years old, Dan has been as constant star in my universe. I knew that I would always just need to look and he would be there in my view. A bright star shining down with a universal smile! I don't spend time with him. We see each other at faires...but, He is always one of the faces I look forward to seeing at any given faire. And, when I do find him sitting under a tree strumming away or performing on stay, or wandering merrily about...it is like finding the cool prize in the cracker jacks box :)
Dan is a bright spirit and I Love him!!
