about me
Unassuming, friendly and shy. It has been said that I'm funny. I'm honest to a fault. I'm kind of OCD about learning about subjects that interest me. I'm really into religion and their historic and sociological impacts but I don't suscribe to any particular religion. I'm way into politics and lean towards responsible socialism (even if you think that's an oxymoron). Anything else, just ask.

Darci is the poster child for the saying that good things come in small packages. How they managed to pack such a dynamic personality into such a petite and beautiful frame I will never know. She has an energy that is contagious and a wit as sharp as her master whip. Be for warned that if you enter a battle of wits with this little Sub you may find yourself on the losing side. She is as smart as they come and very well read, however she can be very humble and down to earth with a twisted sense of humor. Her loyalty to her friends and family is beyond compare and I am glad to be lucky enough to call myself one of those.

We got a new dog!

After we had to say goodbye to our sweet Golden Retriever, we had two separate home invasion burglaries. No one was hurt, but clearly a dog in the home made a big difference since that never happened when Annie was outside barking at the squirrels...

Jumpin' Jesus on a Pogo Stick

I did this quick and dirty jumping workout. No fancy equipment. All I needed were legs. Stepping and hopping, bouncing and jumping. 10 minutes of cardio kicked my ass. I'm sweating, shaking, huffing and puffing. My chest feels like it's in a Vice ...

I wanted a scary dog but not one that had a bad reputation for being aggressive. Goldens are great, but I wanted something scary. First dog that came to mind was a German Shepherd. Day 1: Full 30 minute belly dance workout, plus 20 minutes of instructional video to learn how to move better.
Day 2: 10 minutes of cardio that kicked my butt. Tried to do dance workout, but was too sore.
Day 3: Sat around and ate Hot Pockets and surfed the web because I couldn't walk. (See day 2 for reason.)
Day 4: Walked about 9 blocks round trip to get some orange juice at the corner store, did 10 minutes of tricep resistance, some lower back strengthening and 30 minute dance workout.

I'm sweating, shaking, huffing and puffing. My chest feels like it's in a Vice Grip. After I stop gasping like a fish out of water, I'm going to do my belly dance toning workout. Much easier.
