So I got back yesterday. Nothing like 5 hrs on a plane to suck the life out of you! Any-hoo, the show was awsome. Well, we had fun anyway. There were some very funny moments in serveral of the dances. Canes were flung across the stage, earings and braclets lept from their owners in a chaotic frenzy, i knocked my candleabrum head peice and did half a song with my head cocked in the most unflattering position. It was quite the specticle. My solo went well, at least I think so. I really don't remeber much of it....I was told it rocked. I quess I'll have to wait until I get the DVD in a couple of weeks.

It was really great to see everyone. I really miss them. Coming home was a little bitter sweet. I'm glad to be back from Oklahoma, but I wish I could see my friends all of the time like I use to. I miss going to girls night out every Fri. and sewing parties before our shows. I really miss Beth's sense of humor and Liz's bluntness. I miss the awsome pot lucks we use to have. But, you know, I'm really glad that I can live somewhere else and still have a close connection with them. Looking at oklahoma through california eyes is very...um interesting. I didn't realize how run down most of OKC looks, and I lived in a pretty decent side of town. And the whole no liquor after 9 pm or on Sundays, and not at grocery stores really sucks. I can't tell you how often I thought of picking up a bottle of wine and couldn't....man i sound like an alchy. I have toyed with the idea of moving back and doing free lance stuff....but I don't think I could. As much as I miss everyone, I think I'd have to shoot myself in the head if I lived there again. Yah, it's that bad.

well, i guess to sum up.....a good time was had by all.
