I'm excited about this summer - as summer means trips. I usually start my travels in the Spring. Saw some interesting land plot lines from the sky over Utah and Idaho. Very similiar to crop circles, just larger scale and definitely permanent landmark property line areas. I was told they are irrigation circles. Makes sense. techno-gypsy.livejournal.com/187...tml. After a nice awe-inspiring view of Mt. Rainier from the skies, I finally arrived in my old hometown of Seattle, Washington. I had quite a bit of a layover, had i thought ahead, i could have met some of you for coffee during those hours. I was never the greatest planner.

Aboard a rickety small Canada Air Jazz city hopper flight, I was in Vancouver from Seattle in under an hour. Customs went well. Car rentals did not. Appears they don't take debit cards with credit card logos for vehicles. So learning the bus system, I made my way to Granville and Broadway, a chai and wifi later, I was soon on the bus to my friend Tania and Peter's house where I would be house sitting and dog sitting for the weekend.

Got a call from one of my friends, Lori, inviting me to go to the Naam for a late dinner then down to Wreck Beach for a beach party and fire spinning. Naam was excellent as always, as was Wreck Beach. Fun times had by all. Very late night after all too.
