im realy happy because this day is a sacred day , especialy to spend time whith your deads.....the aztec and maya beliefs and other indigenous tradition have enriched the mexican's attitude abou death, from these ancestorshascome the knowledge that souls continue to existafter death, resting placidy in mictlan the land of the dead, not for judment or resurrectionbut for the day each year when they could return home to visit their loveones
death in fact was revered ,believed to be the ultimate experience of life ,life's own reward, even welcomed as a better option when people are strugglin for survival.. the mexican still vews of death as a transition of life a normal stage in the circle of life on earth, a natural progresion not a ending
