My Testimonials

May 1, 2008
Dave and I first became close as teenagers. He puts forth an enthusiastic positive energy which makes me smile. He is a very caring person, gentle and loving, and when he gets to know someone he has the wonderful ability to see the things that delight or bother that person, without even asking. And then he is so supportive in his ways to protect and add to what makes his friends happy, or try to change what it is that bothers them. I am very fortunate to have Dave at my side in this life we now share together. :-)

about me
I like to travel to India when I can and I meditate regularly. I was just in India last January with my "High School Sweetheart" Christie on a 1 month trip to see it all... We started in Jaipur, where I proposed and we got engaged... Then we went to the Ardh Kumbh Mela, a spiritual bathing festival with millions of Hindu Monks and Sadhus, gathered on the banks of the three rivers at the alignment of the planets... Wow, we bathed in the Ganges with the monks. The gathering had about 17 million people on the main day. After that, we went to the Osho Ashram Resort in Poona. Followed by some chill-out time in Goa, hanging at the beach... The wrap-up was shopping in Bangalore where a very dear friend invited us into his home and showed us the town in style... Ah, I love India... This was my 9th visit.
As my choice of profession, I am into Video production (shooting) and Post production (editing). I have been into video over 25 years and am an expert in it. I would guess that my favorite video job was either, filming the Dalai Lama at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, taking a weeklong cruise ship in the Bahamas filming executives of Silicon Graphics island hopping or Creating a documentary with friends about Tibetan Sandpainting that aired on PBS nationally.
I have been a vegetarian for 38 years. I guess I started before it was popular... I just like animals (especially cats) and I also know about Karma too much to want to take on all the Karmas of the meat industry and that type of lifestyle. As I strive to be more aware of my self and the planet, I cannot help but see the unbalances caused by the unnessary killing of animals for food and sport... If people had to kill and prepare thier own food, many would become vegetarian tomorrow!
