Mr and Mrs McConnell (Matt & Jamie) Wow! It's still hard to believe that my son is married...but he is and I couldn't be happier for him. It was a tremendous honor for me to be a part of the ceremony as well. I thought I could make it through the ceremony without crying...and I almost made it. At the end of the "Candle Lighting" ceremony at the very last sentence...I choked up. Just one short sentence left and my emotions got the best of me. I almost made the two of them cry. (CBS) CHICAGO The world’s largest outdoor food festival is underway in Grant Park.
The 26th Annual Taste of Chicago runs through July 9, and offers hungry festival-goers everything from authentic ethnic fare to Chicago classics such as deep dish pizza and Italian beef.

I then got contemplative....after 47 years of life on this planet, a life of disappointments, successes...times of happiness, time of depre...
