We are in search for another new housemate as one of us is moving out

The details:

-$415 a month plus utilties
-The room is roughly 10 x 10 includes a loft bed and shelving around the room already installed (though you can remove it if you so desire)
-Small but very comfy house with a decent sized back yard
-Live with myself and a wonderful girl named Rebecca. We are both busy with work, school, and creative projects, and have different schedules and hours, but it's worked out okay so far, because we are respectful and considerate... and that's what we are looking for in a roommate too.
-We are open to either a male or female housemate and you would probably be able to twist our arms into having another pet in the house if you have one.
-Move in by Feb. 15th
