The rent is cheap: $415.00 a month plus utilities....

The room is small but we have a very nice common area, very large backyard, nice kitchen and a big fuzzy cat that is always looking for love....

The room and the rest of the house is located in Emeryville/West Oakland, easy to get to BART, nice safe neighborhood and lots of parking....

Two other bedrooms in addition to the vacant room, with two other housemates, and the aforementioned big fuzzy cat (did I mention the cat has thumbs? sold now?)....
