The Royal Shakespeare Company's Season of the Complete Works of Shakespeare continues. I have now booked for King Lear next March 2007 at their new Courtyard Theatre in Stratford upon Avon. It replaces the RST whilst it and the Swan are redeveloped. Sir Ian McKellen is playing Lear.

I saw him two years ago in Aladdin at the Old Vic, and have seen him previously in Othello (as Iago) and the Cherry Orchard (I think). He is possibly the best British stage Actor working today.

So, this is blogging. I guess everyone has to start somewhere. So what to say? The world is a slightly more dangerous place than it was a couple of months ago. For some reason, I keep finding myself in central London on a Thursday (though thankfully not on 7/7).
