The only think happening, on December 21, 2012, the 2012 Winter Solstice was the rumored end of the world. The Earth and Sun and the black hole, in the center, of the Milky Way Galaxy were supposedly lined up, but so what? The black hole-people in Washington and the brown hole-people in state capitols and in the several courts were all lined up, with corporate suck-holes, so none of our media is reliable, and nobody is reacting, to climate change, which will accelerate, to become more damaging, NOW. As a matter of fact, the Dresden Codex is one of four Mayan codices, to survive Spanish conquest, and this predicts a blackening, of Earth, with eventual perishing, by flood, which is exactly what is happening, according to climatologists' predictions AND Nostradamus forecasts. As the Earth's magnetic pole migrates, 40 miles, per year, the magnetic field weakens, which lets in more solar energy. As the Arctic ice cap fails, more each year, less solar energy is reflected, during the northern summers, which is already causing the northern hemisphere, to heat up faster than the southern hemisphere, with overall temperature rise most evident, in the temperature increases, of ice and snow, on their way, to melting, with dramatic failure, of most perennial ice accumulations, leading to more annual precipitation, in some areas, while other areas suffer catastrophic drought and/or wildfires. Of course, some people are SO stupid, they haven't noticed greenhouse gasses are ALL off the hook, while CO2 alone is 120 ppm over pollutant-level, and it is increasing in concentration at least 10 times fast enough, to cause Mass Extinction Event 6. FYI: EVERY TIME CO2 WENT UP, TOO FAST, FOR WHATEVER REASON THIS HAPPENS, ONE OF FIVE MASS EXTINCTIONS HAPPENED. All known mass extinctions started up, with oceanic acidification, cleanout of major sea life-forms, jellyfish explosions, and eventual death, of life-forms, which live on land. As the Arctic cap fails, melt of the 2-mile-thick Greenland sheet ice will intensify, leading to rise, in sea level and to acceleration, of climate change, including the very nasty oceanic acidification, which will knock out the oceanic food web. Want to dam all the rivers? HEY. Oceanic acidification is a good reason to just beav up the whole world, since fresh water can best be used, when stored, rather than let it acidify the oceans, by simply running off, to kill shellfish, eggs, little fish, and corals, out of control. But if you think we need more nuclear power, during climate change, you have to be among the stupidest or greediest (or both) people, yet alive, on Earth. Hey, the Republicans have to spite Bobby Jindal, to keep out of the White House and Senate, as of 2012, when Obama showed he was beatable, but the Republicans had no media, which would knock him out, for being like King Hitler, who is pretending he can blow off McCain's offer, to agree to public funding, for the 2008 election, whereupon the Democrats imposed the doomed Obamacare, on all of us, taking 2 years, to pass that crap. At least the pubs can agree, how Obamacare is doomed. So is the idea, to open up dozens of new drone-fronts, while busting whistleblowers and letting GW Bush and Dick Cheney walk around. The Democrats are TRYING to get Republicans elected, but the pubs suck, since you have to be REALLY STUPID, to get next to criminals, without making those criminals nervous. So the Democrats are holding onto the White House and Senate, while their media geeks pretend the pubs are responsible, for gridlock, as if Obamacare will not fail, catastrophically, by 2016. Tell you what! The Democrats have as much chance, of holding onto the White House and Senate, in 2016, as the runaway slaves in SPARTACUS have, of living past March, 2013, when the TV series WAR OF THE DAMNED wraps up. The Democrats always were the party of slavery. They will lose, to the Republicans, as sure as the actor, who plays Tiberius Crassus looks like a young Marco Rubio. Tell you what! GAME OF THRONES opens up a new season, 3/31/13, a nudge, at 12/21/12, which makes sense, since GOT is based, on the book series, A SONG OF FIRE AND ICE, by George R.R. Martin. The ice doesn't stand a chance, folks! Methinks George R.R. is doing a come on, man, at us. WE DID NOT ESCAPE THE MAYAN APOCOLYPSE. The greedies and DDs are all sucking hard, and they are all lined up, to prevent any sensible solution, to climate change, particularly carbon capture and recycling, to make methanol and grow algae, at the site, of any furnace, while the gridlockers do no end, of emminent domain, to build their tar-sands oil carrying pipeline, which will just get sleazes in Texas nice and rich. You don't think that fuel is headed for US markets, do you? GUESS AGAIN! That fuel is for EXPORT, to pump up Obama's economy, based on loads, of waste, fraud, abuse, and criminal profiteering, yo! Some of you may have noticed, how black Obamney doesn't have Obamneygirl supporting his lame-assed campaign, this election? Black Obamney copies Republicans, period. They suck, and he sucks. Hey! He copies the fuckers! Black Obamney copied white Obamney's healthcare, shoved it at all the governors he could get to, and when the Democrat-controlled Congress passed the 2400 pages of private insurer CRAP, black Obamney couldn't get them to give Guantanamo back, to Cuba, finally. But B.O. did learn to like torture, and he killed more people with drones and busted more pot clubs, in four years, than GW Bush did, in eight. He supports the Patriot Act, the NSA is getting a new facility, to rip us off with, and B.O. signed the NDAA. AND he can't suck up to the pubs and get them to like him! So he just continues, to suck, in the false hope pubs will vote for him. Black Obamney's ATF copied GW Bush-era sting ops, such as Operation Wide Receiver and Project Gunrunner, to give Op. Fast and Furious. Holder was found in contempt of Congress, and he is getting sued, over this. Black Obamney wouldn't get an energy policy, in 2008, so the DDD-rats and black Obamney lost their majority, in the US House, and who knows what will happen, in November, 2012, since black Obamney just jerks his cult, which loves his poo-crap, so it took until white Obamney was due, to get busted, by the Washington Post, for bashing gay kids, in prep school, for Joe Biden to out black Obamney, so both Biden and B.O. expressed support, for same-sex marriage! Whoop-dee-doo! Black Obamney's Administration still lets states violate USCA 4 security, by issuing referendums, to modify sentences and restrict equality, such as the rampant measure effort, against gay marriage. But black Obamney is nominally for same-sex marriage, even if his USDOJ is only into getting into trouble, with Congress. Black Obamney's DDD-rats lost their majority in Congress, 2010, but THEN they and the Paulists tried to pass CO2-neutral biomass research, which lost, 2012. Oops, black Obamney screwed around, bailed banks in 2008, but he didn't re-regulate them OR energy OR courts, which Bill Clinton deregulated. In between Clinton and black Obamney's administrations, Gore wouldn't sue over Florida irregularities, when he won the popular vote. But that wasn’t the only inconsistency in his story on Wednesday. He also shifted what he said happened after coming face to face with the teen. Zimmerman in the past has told authorities some slightly different versions about the encounter. All seem to involve the teen punching him in the nose, knocking him to the ground and getting on top of him. But in one version, Zimmerman has said the teen repeatedly punched him in the face while he was flat on his back and then slammed his head into the concrete. In another version, he never mentioned the punches, saying only that the teen got on top of him and immediately started to slam his head onto the ground. Zimmerman told the first version to investigators just hours after the shooting in an interrogation room in Sanford, Fla. The interview was recorded on video and released to the public in recent weeks. “He ended up on top of me and he just kept punching my face and my head,” Zimmerman said in the interrogation. “I got a little bit of leverage and I started to sit up, and he took my head and slammed it into the concrete.” The second version came days later when Zimmerman was taken back to the neighborhood by police investigators to reenact the events of that night. During that session, she said she saw two people on the ground immediately after the shooting and was not sure who was on top, Zimmerman or Trayvon. "I don't know which one. … All I saw when they were on the ground was dark colors," she said. Six days later, however, she was sure: It was Zimmerman on top, she told trial prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda during a 21/2-minute recorded session. "I know after seeing the TV of what's happening, comparing their sizes, I think Zimmerman was definitely on top because of his size," she said. Witness 6 This witness lived a few feet from where Trayvon and Zimmerman had their fight. On the night of the shooting, he told Serino he saw a black man on top of a lighter-skinned man "just throwing down blows on the guy, MMA-style," a reference to mixed martial arts. He also said the one calling for help was "the one being beat up," a reference to Zimmerman. But three weeks later, when he was interviewed by an FDLE agent, the man said he was no longer sure which one called for help. "I truly can't tell who, after thinking about it, was yelling for help just because it was so dark out on that sidewalk," he said. He also said he was no longer sure Trayvon was throwing punches. The teenager may have simply been keeping Zimmerman pinned to the ground, he said. He did not equivocate, though, about who was on top. "The black guy was on top," he said. Witness 13 He is important because he talked with Zimmerman and watched the way he behaved immediately after the shooting, before police arrived. After this neighbor heard gunfire, he went outside and spotted Zimmerman standing there with"blood on the back of his head," he told Sanford police the night of the shooting. Zimmerman told him that Trayvon "was beating up on me, so I had to shoot him," the witness told Serino. Nowhere to hide The path from 1111 Retreat View Circle, the clubhouse inside the gated Retreat at Twin Lakes townhome complex, where Zimmerman told police he first spotted a suspicious person, to the backyard walkway where Trayvon died, has no hiding places. Trayvon would have walked along the curved Twin Trees road that leads off Retreat View Circle, out in the open between the front-facing, connected townhouses on both sides of the street. He would have then veered onto a sidewalk that runs behind the houses to a straight lane leading to the home of his father’s girlfriend. Because the homes and back yards are connected, there are no alleys or places to hide, let alone to lay in wait. The killing happened just two or three houses in, about 120 yards from Trayvon’s intended destination. It would seem nearly impossible for Zimmerman to have lost sight of the teen based on the physical layout. 2. What’s in the 1-minute gap? Sanford police have admitted that there is a 1-minute gap in the 911 call tape between Zimmerman’s last communications with dispatchers and the time he is believed to have come in contact with Martin. Both Zimmerman’s supporters and Trayvon’s then-girlfriend claim the two exchanged words before the shooting. If that audio is not lost, will the audio be of Zimmerman asking “what are you doing here,” as the girlfriend claims, or Trayvon asking, “do you have a problem? You do now,” as Oliver relates on Zimmerman’s behalf. 3. What made Trayvon run? Zimmerman told dispatchers the person he spotted was coming toward him, and then, moments later, he said the person was running. I talked to a veteran Florida police officer not connected to this case, who raised the question: Why? Did Trayvon see the gun and decide to flee? Or did he simply see Zimmerman get out of his car and run in fear? And once he decided to run, why wouldn’t a fleeing Trayvon simply keep running, given that he had a straight, unobstructed path to home and safety? Is it logical to assume he stopped running in order to double back and pursue the person he had been running from? 4. The 180 degree body If the teen was kneeling, presumably, on top of George Zimmerman, punching him or slamming his head into the concrete walkway between the facing backyards, how did Trayvon wind up lying face down with HIS feet on the sidewalk and his face in the grass? If Zimmerman’s account is true, shouldn’t Trayvon’s body have wound up with his face toward the sidewalk and his feet in the grass? Even if, after the gunshot, Trayvon fell on top of Zimmerman and the larger man pushed him off, why didn’t the body land face up, beside Zimmerman, rather than a 180 degree turn from the sidewalk — and flipped over? 5. The un-broken nose The police reports indicate Zimmerman was treated at the scene for bleeding from or on his nose and the back of his head. But if his nose was really broken, why did that information not appear in the police reports? And if Zimmerman was treated for a broken nose, when did the treatment take place, and where? 6. Shifting stories Zimmerman’s story has shifted over time. Initially, leaks suggested Zimmerman told police he confronted the teen, was punched in the face and dropped to the ground. This week, the Orlando Sentinel reported Zimmerman’s claim that he was no longer pursuing Trayvon and was followed back to his car (which cannot have been driven to the backyard lane where the shooting took place.) Zimmerman’s account has varied from claims that he was being pummeled in the face while on the ground to saying his head was being bashed into the sidewalk. Oliver told theGrio and other news outlets that Zimmerman told him there was a struggle for the gun, and that Zimmerman shot Trayvon to save his life. But in later interviews, he has hinted that Trayvon may have been shot by accident. As one lawyer for Trayvon’s family, Natalie Jackson, said Tuesday on MSNBC, Zimmerman’s supporters appear to be shopping a defense to the public, and to potential jurors. 7. Arrest or no arrest? Police reports indicate Zimmerman was placed into the back of a patrol car on the night of the shooting, and taken to the station. As one law enforcement veteran not connected to the Trayvon Martin case told me: if George Zimmerman couldn’t — or didn’t feel he could — tell the police officers at any time that he wished to get out of the patrol car and go home, he was effectively arrested, even though he was not subsequently charged. And if Zimmerman is ultimately charged with the killing of Trayvon Martin, we will quickly learn the reason prosecutors are so cautious — in this instance, perhaps too cautious — in cases such as these. Where was any area, for Martin, to hide? There weren't any such areas. The likely event which started the fatal confrontation was GZ's approach, to Martin, while Martin was openly on the path, going toward his Dad's home, while Martin talked, to his girlfriend. Where were any injuries, at all, to Martin's hands, consistent with the beating, which GZ claimed he took, from Martin? No such injuries exist. GZ's account varies, from pummeling, to having his head bashed, on the sidewalk. GZ keeps making different claims, that Martin jumped him, that Martin followed him, back toward his car, that he confronted Martin, that Martin started smashing GZ's head, into the sidewalk, without mentioning any pummeling, which come up in ways, which may not be so easily explained, given GZ never identified himself, and Martin's body location indicates he was murdered. That no GSR was found on GZ's jacket indicates Martin was flat-out murdered, without evidence of circumstances, such as Martin being shot, while straddling GZ, on the ground, which would leave a whole lot of GSR, on GZ's jacket. There you have it. CO2 exchanges in H20, to make bodies of water more acidic, via H2CO3, leading to oceanic die-offs 5. CH4 exchange to CO2 and H2O will be hindered, as OH- concentrations are reduced, by CH4 proliferation 6. humans deforested and burned fossil fuels, but then they all got CARS and CHAINSAWS 7. bath-house patrons turned tricks and shot speed, to shove their HIV, all the way, through AIDS, to death, during an epidemic 8. bath-houses are CLOSED 9. the Earth is ROUND, Jesus is DEAD, and don't ask, if my ancestors were Jewish 10. evolution skeptics kept Darwin out of schools, until 1958, when the Russians launched Sputnik 11. 2/21/10 Lupin Staff, buddies from Burners: Even on an early-season afternoon, a visit to Lupin is interesting, for an adventurist on bike. I improvised a workout, near the costume and art-project personna, did a hot-tube, and rode away from the Los Gatos nudist lodge, where the modest gathering was cutting and sewing. I took VTA 522 to Santa Clara Transit-Caltrain, transferred to SB 60, to Winchester Transit, on the long way up, rode the Vasona Trail, to Roberts Ave., and you can take the left-side trail, all the unpaved way up, to Lexington, and left on Alma Bridge Road, to anywhere, but I'd try out for volleyball teams at Lupin, since Burners, volleyball, tennis, and hot-tubs are style! Roads and Lexington Reservoir facilities are to close, at dusk. So a late bike ride from 20600 Aldercroft Heights LUPIN LODGE is dubious, unless we prepare well, in February. So since I was I bike-rider, without a clear dodge for post-911 law around Lexington, I miss fashion wrap-up, but hey, the gray day kept the droves away. I left the Lupin-Burner event at 5:10 pm, blazed the ancient Specialized roadie around Alma Bridge Road, bombed sensibly, down the paved and then gnarly unpaved trail to LG, but these last miles must be walked, when the Lexi-Gatos Creek Trail is busy, any day now. Going back down the unpaved, rocky trail, from Lexington Reservoir, I walked my old Specialized up the path to Main Street, and went across the bridge over 17, turned right at North Santa Cruz Avenue, and bombed, all the way down Winchester Boulevard, turned left onto San Tomas Expressway, after bumping my back-light lens off at high speed, and decided to mellow out and take the 22 back home to Mountain View, from San Tomas-El Camino Real crossing. I was home, by 6-something pm. This ride is doable, for today's mean outdoorspersons. T-court needs paving, so bring a basketball for all-courts, NOT A TENNIS RACKET, like I brought, for my Burner theme prop. The beach volleyball court can be cleared, blinky.
