Where to begin . . . I've always been involved in the arts from an early age, long story short I went from the visual arts to theatre production and here I am, either onstage in sequins, or backstage as a wigmaker for theatre, film and TV. Life is good.

Because I know my Spoon will use this for good and not evil . . . these are almost as good as my Grandma used to make. My variation is to add sauteed onions and bacon bits right into either of the fillings. Enjoy!
