My Testimonials

Nemo is a glorious powerful feline beast, hard edged and great-hearted, of multiple genders, species and time periods. Nemo's a trustworthy comrade, inspired and inspiring, a partner in crime and debauchery, wise and wild and wonderful...

Heidi will put the nerd in your alert and hair on your chest.

Heidi is the nerd in my herd.
Devilishly sexy, wickedly intelligent,
and dangerous with power tools, this
woman is a force to be reckoned with.
I shudder at the thought of her cap gun.
Play party with no lube? Heidi's your
gal. Stuck in Death Valley with a
flat? Heidi can help. Need to write a
paper on obscure Medieval torture
methods and their applications? You've
found your woman. I am forever amazed
at the things the delightful Mz. H can
and will do. She's certainly saved my
lily white, biophobic, cranky,
wisenheimer ass more times than I can
count. I love her and you should love
her too...just don't make any promises
for when the revolution comes down.

nemo... what to say. when i talk with this non-cowboy-pirate-leaning-sexy-and-smart-as-hell hottie, i learn something new each time. Compassionate as all get out, as wonderful a friend as one could hope for, and adventurous to boot. Be it in a library geeking out (sexy sexy sexy), in a field spotting every inch of wildlife visible to the naked eye, or in a dungeon wielding a self-crafted impliment of torture, this one always manages to surprise and delight.

about me
I like moving between social worlds, but I like being in the desert or the forest best of all. Lazy but prepared, judgemental but compassionate, kinky but cuddly, and pretty sociable for an introverted medievalist. Lately I've been glued to the saddle of my motorcycle--I love the pleasure and danger of them. I've fallen off of a cliff, wrecked a bike and been run over by an SUV, and have been fallen on top of by horses; I wear scars from axes, knives, machetes, gravel, leeches and scalpel blades, and usually have a bruise on me somewhere. Now, for a change, I'm learning more about this communication and connection thing, too. Learning insight about real live people (not to mention actually communicating with 'em) is harder than researching those long gone. And being clear and present? Gulp...that, comrades, that I'm working on.
