It sequesters itself in your heart;
It bursts forth, often inexpected, and tightens its tendrils around your heart.
If you let it bind you a while, it rests, and lets you go...
If you fight it, you will find yourself ground down...
Let grief run its course - however and whenever it arrives.
Trust me, it is the gentler course.

|Amen. We have lost so many in recent years and that is horrible grief, but even those we lost years ago, still grief can grind us down. Let it wash over you. Remember love and happy times with them. Its the only way I get by...|
