how come when i go to seattle, people look you in the face and eyes when you walk by them. Why isn't Eugene like this? Or Portland even?

I did a pretty close comparison and seattle seemed to have TWICE the amount of people who will look you directly in the eyes. Does this make sense?? What is the deal??

I just met Deke recently. Tried to worm my way into the first rebirth party as a dj. He treated me, not as a lowly worm, but as a soon to be butterfly, going through metamorphosis. Deke has a wholesome patient feeling about him, and I just know were going to be friends forever! (cheesy arent I?)
