GAIA YOGA:

I was lucky enough to share GAIA Yoga twice at burning man this year and am so happy to share it with more intersted people. Please contact me if you are interested in classes.

"GAIA yoga" involves sound healing and intentional growth. "Sacred Vibration of Sound." It originated in Canada and now is practiced in several countries. It incorporates vowel chanting and Hatha Yoga asanas. Working at the molecular and cellular level, the daily practice of GAIA Yoga helps us cleanse our electromagnetic nervous system, harmonize the frequency of our soul with the frequency of our mental, physical and emotional bodies, and connect with the consciousness of the Earth and the unconditional love within each of us.
