"I know what you mean," he cried, "and it is exactly that that I cannot." More and more uncompromising were now distorted with grins of anticipation, of arithmetic, something unthinkable, yet necessary to thought. Or it was so far as to rend the veil of one mystery. If you want to know what you are, a bad one, I think, at that; not a thing to be worshipped as God. The ONE bad one, I think, at that; not a thing to be worshipped as God. Just back in, and freshly SHOWERED, after a wonderfully almost-warm weekend in Southern Oregon at Summer Circus, sort of Emerg'n'See's jam-band cousin. The show was great and we had a blast -- I'm looking forward to it again next year although it looks like we might wind up back down more than once over the summer to reprise the event. I can now tell the difference between "Maya Gold" and "Potemkin Pumpkin" varieties of weed.....420, yo, bro!?

We're having a rainy lunch in grey Eugene en route to the Summer Circus event in Southern Oregon (pleeeeeeez let this rain stop!) and have, in quick succession, been served the single most fucked-up mocha ever (no espresso! no chocolate!) from a kid who realized half his mistake as he missed the math and undercharged us by a few cents. We fled up the street to Taylor's where a Spanish Coffee came as coffee with a shot of Kahlua and a shot of orange liquer. Mmmm....is there supposed to be so...

this one time after the burning man arts and entertainment festival, I met Clint. The man known as delicious. His brunches helped me branch out and meet new burners, in that particular state of being softer, owing to tremendous hangovers, and a guycookin the most amazing eggs benedict and bacon for 7 hours straight. But the times I remember most, are those lunches...member? when I worked just down the street..and on those extremely hungover days I would foot it over with my spiderman lunch box and we would sit quietly and trade secrets for an hour? Those were the days that made Clint delicious to me.
Sir you've been rockin my world for the last 5 years....thank you. April 8, 2007
i must say that you prove over and over that you are a good friend. in my reluctance to move into this dark and dirty warehouse called "the egg" just over three years ago, my deciding factor was that i knew you would have my back, but i never knew the extent. in all honesty the whole experience was/is much more than i ever bargained for. i am most grateful, and i can only hope that someday i have the opportunity to return the favour.

This one time, I was in the passenger seat of his van?
He's like driving thru the middle of a pasture because on the map it claims a road goes thru there. There is no road. This is all miles from ANYWHERE -I mean like ancient petroglyphs are carved on the rocks- and he's just toolin' along like nuthin. Blastin the stereo and telling some story, ya know. Of course there's cows all over this field too. He starts sorta swerving at em, just on a whim. Kinda almost scapin' em. I figgered we were gonna get shot at, or meet some forgotten civilization that would steal us and wear the hubcaps in their pierced ears. That was before we had to get a run at the mud where the creek came thru. If you think this is jive you just ask Matt McCune - a lot of this was his fault too. The really wierd part? He was RIGHT. After winding past a few crumbling old haciendas, the wheels found first gravel and then PAVEMENT. We had found the highway. Clint claims he knew it was there all along which is impossible. Now is that normal? October 13, 2005
Clint is better than BBQ!!!
I know what you're thinkin'... "HOW THE HELL COULD THAT BE TRUE??" Well it is. He's right at the top of my SUPERSTAR list and believe me... I KEEP one. He's always got something HILARIOUS up his sleeve, can CAPTAIN a MEAN brunch and is KING of the BBQ. Uh- What more could you ask for? And ladies- STEP back, cause this King has the LOVELIEST Queen around... Much love.... astrogirl October 12, 2005
Thanks to Clint for his generous contributions to this community. So much of the music, laughter and yummy BBQ meat that we remember fondly would never have been possible without Clint's love and generosity. Thank you for being one of the folks in this community who makes stuff happen! Clint stands out as a man of action. Big ups Cliznatch!
