Solena has arrived!

Today she is one week old. Born September 18 at 6:19! 8pnds 1 oz. A bundle of sweetness, she comes with an open heart and so fully in the moment. In just one week she has taught me what is REAL. She's also taught me a few cool body stretches. I haven't slept but a few hours, but not because I lacked the opportunity. She is so incredibly Zen. I just lay awake not wanting to miss one smile, sneeze, movement of the eyebrow. I am so madly in love with her, my life and her daddy.
