I have been slowly selling off bits and pieces of my HUMONGUS Belly Dance VHS collection on ebay. I did some before I moved from Reno, as I replaced them with DVDs (smaller to pack). Now I'm kicking it into gear! I'm listing them as fast as I check them 1) to make sure they still play well and 2) to see if I still want to keep them. Obviously my own performances I will keep. Maybe someday I will figure out this YouTube thing and post some of them.

I went to my first BD class in Las Vegas at the Hollywood Park & Rec with Amaryllis. I was going to just do a drop in, but then I figured if I signed up for classes I would be committed. Only $52 for 2 classes. Amaryllis and I talked about my joining her class and she was totally cool with it. The Rec center is gorgious and the dance room is very cool: mirrors on 3 sides and a wall of windows with a view of the valley to die for! We had a special treat, Bill didn't go to work until 2 am, so we got to watch the Las Vegas fireworks together and do the New Year's kiss at midnight. This may not sound like much to you, but most years one or both of us have been at work on New Year's eve. So it was special. Hope your New Years was special too.
