Ever since Dave left NYC I've had a huge hole in my heart ... ok maybe not, but the corporate holiday party just wasn't the same without Dave and his 'special friend' to mock the music with. I suppose that's not quite as extreme as a hole in the heart, but the music was pretty painful.

I can't quite place how I met David, but we ran in similar circles. He's sweet man. And I have missed him since he moved away from Seattle. My favorite memory of him was at a party... a bunch of us were sitting around and somehow a guitar landed in his lap. I still remember crooning along to "Jane Says." What a goofy night.
