DhamiBoo is probably the most empowered person I know. He regularly brings me back to a space of positive empowerment, reminding me of my intentions to let go of fear. I won't tell you any more, except to go to his wonderful group meditation or schedule a reiki appointment. Go on, you deserve it.

I've been in San Francisco nearly a month now. Time seems to fly faster when I stay put than when I travel.
I am enjoying reconnecting with friends in the flesh here, and appreciating what a fabulous city this is... there are not so many places in the world where I feel like I fit in... I do my best to be at home wherever I am, but here I feel truly appreciated for who I am.
I wander the streets and find myself feeling as if I'm enlightened. I try to make sense of how to maintain that ...

What has seemed a miserable week is turning into one of the best Beltane's ever. I've been in upstate NY for 6 weeks now immersed in family matters. An uncle died. I felt called to help clear out his house and pick up the void left by his demise in visiting my Aunt at the nursing home. So devoted, he visited or called her daily for several years now. He'd taken care of her at home until the Alzheimers left her falling down. She sits. Once in a while she attempts to talk. It's thankless "work"...
