truely an origional, fresh out of the package individual. Dharmabox and i go back a bit and he's always been there for me when i needed a pal that listens, or when i'm in need of a pal to listen to... He's spiritual, creative, and whackey energy all bundled into a positive glowing friend.

This man is one of the kindest, most supportive, kick ass human beings ever. Perhaps he's not even human, but some kind of übermensch. I admit, I was drawn in by his sweet face, but beyond that his posts are just ebullient and compassionate. He's a keeper.

i'll be spending my birthday in bed taking a nice combination of cipro and flagyl, the only thing that will kick this pain in my gut that feels like someone just kicked me as hard as they could in my left side and the frequent trips. i hate that they always say it's caused by a bad diet because i eat a very high fiber diet, what they don't tell you is you need to be careful when it comes to seeds, nuts as well. this is the third bout in a year. i had gone out for Tepenyaki on Saturday with my family to celebrate and forgot they put sesame seed in their fried rice, and yippy, fun, fun fun. Hey, it's just the birthday wish I always wanted to have. the day off and my own thrown!

about me
i've always loved living near the ocean, i think it's that i have too much water running though my veins, i've never cared for the cold, but i do love the cool days of the fall when the shadows begin to extend and the leaves change. if you've ever stood by the ocean in the fall you can taste and smell this cornucopia of life, that just seems to get jumbled up during all the other seasons. i live a very spiritual life, have practiced zen for twenty years, love the words of rumi, the beliefs of sufi and the interconnectedness of life. Even so I have found that what is most important is not what we believe, but how we live our lives and that we are true to who we say we are. i love laughter, bad jokes, smiling, watching my sons grow, telling people i love them. living now and letting the past be just that. i love church bells on sunday morning. i believe in keeping healthy and fit both physically and mentally. mostly i enjoy living life and all that it has to offer.
