Since I’ve been taking up lots of space on tribes and other people’s blogs about the whole bellydance vs. burlesque thing, I decided it’s time to just post my opinion here and be done.

Christina is a wonderful person. She is a delight to have on tribe and is fun and amazing to interact with on the site. She has such a sharp personality, and is not afraid to speak her mind while always maintaining an honest sense of humor.

Ahhh what can I say about our lovely Diva founder?? She is a courageous, heart strong, smart, funny, and soo many other fabulous adjectives that are too numerous. I have known her for ever and she is so much a part of my life and I am thankful that in this world we are able to chose our family! Thanks for giving women a place to become strong and beautiful in their own eyes and hearts. I have seen and experienced this dance transform so many ladies into new strong women who have rediscovered value in themselves.
I would be a poor friend not to mention how much you have been there for me as well. I can only hope to return to you the gift of your friendship in the same generous way! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year my friend and sister. Thanks for the first ten years and here is to many more!

For several years now, everytime I see this girl I can not stop staring. Practically leering at her! Her smile is like a palace of lights for the gods. I once saw her dance solo over the summer and it toke my breathe away. She wasn't smiling, but sharing with us a deeper feeling which emoted through the audience. If anyone sees her with her troupe, you'll see nothing but love and respect. You go girl! You rock!
