body and spirit are one
Coming into peace with the physical bodyresolving our sexual nature here on earth,
our exalted nature as sexual and spiritual beings, discovering our innate power, our limitations,
our capacity to enjoy all the senses,
and to have resolve over what worries
our heart and our minds.
Responsibility, Ability to respond and
acting wisely to the irrational.
Rational senses discovered by higher intelligence (our innate buddhi nature).

Everyone is an extension of the source. When you accept wholeness, you choose appropriately, without judgement.
A path of love. A path of healing.
Taking time from the globalized society to find and feel what is truly real, what is truly important.
To deeply contemplate this deep mystery of our existence and the work is towards the light of creation.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.
Awaken to your highest dawn, and flower into your most hidden potential. Bridging the worlds of darkness and light, the known and the unknown.
open up to your presence, I,
as the act of true compassion comes first through knowing yourself, in every day life, then one can empathize to what others truly need.
Awaken to you life force within, letting the spirit ride the waves of your body.
Unwielding truth, layer by layer, mystic channel,
a holy heart and a mind so clear.
Remember who you truly are......all but love and light!

Art in Everyday LIfe (reference to Dharma Art, by Chogyam Trumpa)Awareness practice is not just sitting meditation or meditation in action alone.
It is a by being an artist .
The idea of the artist is very important and seems to be necessary at this point. When we talk about art, we could be referring to somebody deliberately expressing the beauty and delightfulness or the mockery and crudeness of the world that we live in, in the form of poetry art music. It is not not so much for yourself, but it is more an exhibition, however genuine the artist may be.
But in the West, particularly in the twentieth century people don't always go through a through training process first.
They purely use their talent, imitatintg the free style of trained people. And that's very chancy, sometimes they hit and make a tremendous success and sometimes they miss, and the whole thing becomes a tremendous mess. So in order to develop a really free' style work of art, you have to have the awkwardness of seeing yourself being awkward. That kind of watcher seems to be necessary, actually. We have no other choice.
