S.I is an Undergound Warehouse in Downtown LA. You have to take a shuttle to get in the party, that's how they roll. Once you are in there you will find Heaven, with Heavy Beats and Awsome Art pieces all over the Warehouse. They have installed a permanent High Altitude Latter for Aerial Performers and Fire Dancers. S.I Djs are known for droping fat beats and the beast parties in LA.

BREAKBEATBUDDHA (Ovatone)
BreakBeatBuddha has been shakin' dance floors on numerous continents for 15 years now. His DJ sets are a blend of Hip Hop, Break Beat and Drum n' Bass, to which he adds live conscious lyricism that challenges the dance floor and politicizes the party. Originally from the UK, he brings his knowledge of the "Bad Brit Bass" to ruff things up on the West Coast. Both DJ and producer, he's responsible for numerous dance floor killers such as "Buddha Bounce" (Organic Music) and "Dat Feelin" (OVATONE music).

DAVID STARFIRE (Space Island)
David Starfire is a passionate producer/composer/multi instrumentalist/DJ residing in Los Angeles via San Francisco. A producer of varying styles from dance to rock to hip-hop to bhangra and everything in between, his production standards are compared to the best and DJs like Adam Freeland and Karsh Kale are spinning out his original songs and remixes. His DJ sets have been rumored to cause earthquakes in California with his sonic bass frequencies and he consistently takes the music to the next level.

JUPITER (TheDoLab/Space Island)
Jupiter often referred to as the utility guy of LA’s underground sound scene, has come a long way since venturing out to his first experience of warehouse enlightenment and connection nearly 8 years ago. His beat matching and wealth of skills are exemplified from years of experience in the studio and in live music production. He has accumulated and cross-referenced them with an insane range of musical influences ranging from psy, tech, trance and break elements. Jupiter has been a long-standing part of LA’s underground music scene, dropping jaws and shaking asses all over Southern California from Space Island to Coachella.

BRIAN SEED (Moon Tribe)
Brian Seed (aka Brian Golub- Label Manager/A&R/ Artist) has built an international following spinning hard trance, tribal breaks, and progressive techno. In 2002 Brian formed Ritual Sounds with business partner Richard Butler. You can expect more releases on Ritual Sounds from Brian in the future, as well as releases with Phonetik, Ball of Waxx, Fade, and others.

MANNY(DJ Dojo/Austin, TX.)
Manny owns & operates "The DJ DOJO", which is the only store in Austin, Texas. He has been spinning wicked beats for over 10 years and, in that time, has opened and played with the likes of: Numark (Jurassic 5), DJ Spooky, Fort Knox 5, Ursula 1000, Bassnectar and Thievery Corporation. He now produces under the name Dubwise International and will be bringin' a slew of bumpin', chunky mashups and breakbeats to the Island.

AZMYTH (Manifest Station)
Azmyth has spent six years in the mix, pushing his skill evolution through everything from Trance to Hip Hop, before settling deep into the sound of Broken Beats. His current sets include Dub & 2-step, Funk, Electro, Progressive & Glitch Hop sounds. Azmyth specializes in themed events, so get ready for a Hallow-riffic treat at Space Island as this mad scientist releases his new formula to the masses.

DANDELION (Space Island)
Dandelion was conceived for the sole purpose of taking audiences on musical journeys by spinning beautiful soundscapes and nasty wicked beats. He is blessed with the natural gift of rhythm. Dandelion began DJ'ng after being inspired by the spirit of the Burning Man and his passion for breaks. He has played his sets to a worldwide audience (Bombay, Chennai, Goa), and has been holding down the tables at his residency, Space Island, since 2004.

BITCHES ON THE SWITCHES (RobnSteel/H2O Productions)
B.O.T.S (Bitches On The Switches) three smoking hot and funky girls hailing from Boston, Florida, and San Diego. Djs Eva, Amyx and Alikat fuse a spectrum of break beat styles maintaining a bass-heavy funk and sexy, booty-shakin’ bump. This beat sythisization that is original to dynamic Tag Team Trio, B.O.T.S. have played at Avalon, WMC Miami, Burning Man, Madrid, Spain, Boston, New York, up & down California, broadcast on radio stations as far as the Netherlands and currently hold residencies at Blowfish Sushi and The Room in Hollywood.

GYPSY ROSE (Space Island)
Gypsy Rose is an aerialist dancer who has mesmerized her audiences with her fluid motions. In true Goddess style, she unveils herself from her fabrics, spinning and twirling her body through the air and taking spectators away to a fantasy land where motion and movement are defined by passion and imagination. Gypsy Rose will be doing a special, twisted, sultry bondage performance for Halloween, using a four-strap costume rig that she designed. This will be a unique and original performance.

Begin your space voyage at the usual shuttle pick-up location:
Central Ave. and E. 1st St Los Angeles, CA 90012. There are several parking lots on this corner. You can park for free at the Japanese Village parking structure. Or, if you prefer, you can pay $4 and park in the lot across the street. There is ample street parking in this area as well. This is a well-lit, safe area. Also there is also parking near the Office Depot, which is a one block away.
Shuttles depart where Central and 1st Street meet, they will be running from 10pm till 7am.

Howdy Fellow Cosmonauts, Pranksters and human-beans. Decopression still in effect after an incredible weekend at Flipside in austin Tx. The Texas Regional version of Burning Man was a huge Humbleing, liberating experience. It was my first time, i lost my virginity fallin from grace! Thanks for all the gifts, laughters and BMX

Butt Moving Experience

This year the amount of unity that I have been part of tells me that everything that We have worked so hard on is going the PURFECT direction. I see a huge stream of positve energy being harnest from Coast to Coast and head to toe. I don't think i have ever felt it so strongly and seeing it so clear in my whole life.

I also see the other side of positive..negative.. wich we all have to deal with in order to maintain balance in all tings.
The Negative side of the force, i feel is the hardest one to deal with cuz our first reaction is not to OWN our negative side. I see lots of POWER struggleing in alot of our social circles. One thing i see is people not wanting to share the space were we ALL SHINE. This is just the crust of the crap that we all have to deal with with owning our own negative side. I am currius on yer thoughts..so hit me

I want to continue to be part of the source of Unity and keep transmitting postive energy around ALL our circles.
Even if i disagree with you on anything, there is a space were we can all SHINE with out any struggle.

light one up for the man that made the real rebel music, Bob Marley...go bob..today is yo birthday. He pushed the reggae movement around the world with a powerfull messge for the people. Here in Austn we celebrated his birth on Saturday night. Djed between sets for the band, Shanti Town. Thanks for all the people that came out. I have to metion that Bassnectar was in town the night before...DAAAM
