The CT chapter of the Doumbek Posse will be hosting a Middle Eastern Rhythm workshop at the calvalry church. The evening will consist of learning the basic beats for a plethora of middle eastern rhythms, including, but not limited to, Ayub, Malfoof, Saidi, Chiftitelli, Masmoudi, Nawari, Shoush, Soudasi, Laz, Karsilama, Samai and Chaka to name a few.
Bring your drum, riqq, duf or any other percussion instrument and join the fun.
