I'm a serious person who also likes to have fun, go to parties and DANCE!!! I'm someone people feel very safe opening up with and I'm as loyal as a dog. I'm also known as cute, charming and free spirited!

I have a private practice offering counseling services to people seeking guidance in knowing themselves deeply, realizing their dreams and connecting with others intimately. My practice is based on the fact that our unconscious is always unfolding towards healing and that healing can only happen in the present moment. I use somatic and mindfulness practices to help people see and experience their patterns in the present moment. We then focus on creating new ways of being that support empowering experience. I want to help people who have a tendency to give their power away or who have a hard time knowing what they want, or setting boundaries. I have helped people come into their essence/power and take on their lives with purpose and passion. I also work with couples. I believe marriage and/or commitment can be a crucible for transformation. I've been married for 10 years and in relationship with my husband for 13 years. We continue to grow and change within.
