That article was very helpful in clearing up the legality for me, but it seems to be stating that if the video is not being used for commercial gain or defamation of character, it is technically legal to film people in public, but it is not smart ...

:( had been planning it. even got two tickets for 120.oo that is going to flushed down the drain. and a really good deal on a rental car that is no waaaaaaay to big for just broos and i. but oh well. hopefully i can get that money back. but we will see. thihngs happen for a reason. i just have to accept it. maybe we needed quality time (b and i) so if theres anyone that is able to pitch in for gas AND the rental.....let me know by tonig... read more

life since i finished school has been different. i havent been able to enjoy my days off since i have been working or doing something..... today tho.....i started a drawing.....its supa kewl!!!! its a mandala.....i need to get more prismacolor pencils before i can completely finish it. right now it is just in plain pencil. its the first drawing ive done of an actual mandala.....not a doodle that are mandalas in their own sense. the only thing that suck... read more

last night was my LAST CLASS!!!! i now am elgible for graduation which is sometime coming up realllly SOON!!! its been stressful to go to school full time at night and work in the day (or graveyard, depending on where i was at at the time) and still have a life. but i managed to do it. and now i can sit back and enjoy life. and start to pay back my student loans. :( BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! but alas. it makes me happy.
well, i have less than 30 days left of school. then its graduation.....and i can hardly believe it. 2 years of going to school full time at night while i try to work during the day has been all ive known.....

but its almost over. today i am accepting a parttime job with the clinic that i did my externship with. Dr Mullen offered me 12.50 an hour, and 24 hrs a week.....not much.....but its good for now. i mean im not making anything now, i havent been earning ANY money for over two... read more
well i got my externship site last week. WOOOOOOOT!!!! ill be doing my extern at Rose City Clinic on 57th and Alameda (off sandy). i start on the 15th....and will be working for free till i complete my 160 hours of work.
