Remember, of course, that they knew this and that originally it was one of the "accomodations" they were making, and thus we thought that is why we were going to Cape Verde in the first place. Today I received word from my Peace Corps contacts and - it's official - I am medically approved!!! After reviewing my medical records, the medical director stated that I am fit for Peace Corps service.
