What are you supposed to do, blow air into them from your water-filled lungs? Drowning people are generally short of breath. They could at least put caps on them so they don't fill with water. I ♥ this photo!!!
i have this sign and its replacement at home, lol. yeah they trap enough water without the caps on , and yeah we always played with them anyways. white trashes pair of floaties ever.
