Would the reporter have reacted differently if the camera was turned off? Would he have at least defended himself better?

Why did the camera man just watch? If a bullet would have been fired, would that have made the news too? Have we come so far in our civilization that we can find this acceptable? Why was that couple granted bail? They will skip... What has happened to justice in this country? ......
I just read the Paris Hilton DUI headline....

How can these people wake up in the morning feeling good about themselves. I know they have tons of money, but at some point you would think that you'd have to do a little bit of self evaluation. maybe I am trying to place my own expections on that cow...errr, person. I went camping this week on my vacation. Had a ball inspite of the fact that is was really hot and that it rained for two days. I had one small problem with raccoons. The parks say that we are not allowed to bring BB guns or bows or any sort of firearm to the State parks, yet they do not tell you how you are to protect yourself from over aggressive rodents. I would think that every one in this country can afford a mirror. I know that I am not a fashion trend setter, nor do I try to be. I am a "basic black" sort of guy. I was walking downtown last weekend with my girlfriend and noticed that apparently a lot of people must NOT own mirrors. I know it is summer and all, but for heaven's sake people...

I am all about friendship. I believe that you can find good friends on these forums if you are careful and discriminate.
I play saxophone and compose music. I also hope to one day write a novel. I tend to lean to the creative side of things. My outlet is stick fighting. I like to hit people. It allows me to vent my aggression and not get arrested. It is the hard side to the creative one that usually dominates my world. I like good conversations. Those are dialogues that are stimulating. They can funny or serious, it does not matter. I am careful about who I choose as friends. I am also careful about what tribes I join.
