I Have been contact juggling for 2 years but only about 3 mo has been true play time, I try to toss juggle but I have a realy hard time with the three ball cascade I can thow all the balls once its just the catching part that is the problem. But i am still trying. I Just started to play with devil sticks and the firestaff/contact staff so if there is any info that you think can help please let me know.
